Sam Peake

Sam Peake is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination. Currently serving as a Sr. MEP Coordinator at Gilbane Building Company since June 2024, Sam previously held the position of MEP Superintendent at Turner Construction Company from February 2023 to February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant MEP Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent at AECOM Tishman, where responsibilities encompassed field management and coordination across various construction projects, including the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residence. Sam's foundational experience includes military service as a Military Police Officer in the United States Air Force from July 2009 to November 2013. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor's degree in National Security Policy Studies from the University of New Haven and a Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
