Shawn Carlin

Shawn Carlin is an experienced executive in the construction industry with a strong background in project management and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Gilbane Building Company since July 2017, Shawn provides executive oversight for the Greater Philadelphia area, focusing on Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey markets. Previously, Shawn held the position of Vice President at P. Agnes, Inc. from April 1996 to July 2017, where responsibilities included overall leadership and resource coordination within the Project Management department. Prior to that role, Shawn worked as an Estimator/Project Manager at RI Williams & Co., managing government and public sector projects. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Temple University between 1990 and 1995, after completing studies at Father Judge High School from 1986 to 1990.
