Phil Doornink

Phil Doornink has an extensive background in agriculture and operations management, currently serving in Grower Relations at Gilbert Orchards since March 2023. Additionally, Phil has been a Sales Associate at Cameron Nursery since March 2021 and has held multiple positions in sales since 2007 at Vanwell Nursery. As Operations Manager at Doornink Fruit Ranch since November 2006, Phil oversees daily operational tasks. Previous experience includes a Fieldman role at FROSTY RIDGE ORCHARDS, LLC from May 2022 to March 2023, and serving on the Member Board of Directors at Bleyhl Co·op from January 2019 to January 2023. Phil has been involved in leadership as a Board Member for the AgForestry Leadership Foundation from 2014 to 2017. Phil's military background includes serving in Air Terminal Operations Control with the United States Air Force from May 2002 to May 2012. Education includes an Associate's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Big Bend Community College and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Agriculture from Yakima Valley College.
