Benjamin Goldstein

Benjamin Goldstein, M.D. serves as the Medical Director at Gilchrist since June 2024 and is the Co-Chair of the Palliative Care Committee at the Hospice & Palliative Care Network of Maryland. With extensive experience in palliative care, Benjamin has contributed to various committees, including the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and has held the position of Medical Director of Palliative Care at Western Maryland Health System. Benjamin's previous roles include fellowships in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Geriatrics at Jamaica Hospital and New York-Presbyterian Hospital, respectively, as well as residency training at Interfaith Medical Center. Benjamin's research background includes work at the National Cancer Institute and the National Institutes of Health. Benjamin holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of Antigua and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Yeshiva University.
