Tracie Schwoyer-Morgan

Director Palliative Medicine Support Services at Gilchrist

Tracie Schwoyer-Morgan started their work experience in 2000 as a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor at BravoHealth, where they worked until 2010. From 2006 to 2009, they also served as an Adjunct Faculty at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Tracie then joined WeCare Private Duty Services, Inc. in 2010 as the Executive Director of Clinical Services until 2011. In 2011, Schwoyer-Morgan became a Nurse Practitioner at Stella Maris Nursing Home, where they worked until 2015. Currently, they are the Director of Palliative Medicine Support Services at Gilchrist, a position they have held since 2015.

Tracie Schwoyer-Morgan holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Adult Nurse Practitioner from the same university, between 1997 and 2000. Tracie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 1988 and 1993.
