Cristal De La Cruz is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources management, currently serving as the Manager of Global Organizational Development at Gildan Activewear since February 2020. Prior to this role, Cristal held positions as Regional Manager for Organizational Development and Compensation, overseeing HR operations in the Caribbean, and as Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Supermercados Bravo.
