Thais Sans

Thais Sans is a seasoned professional with diverse expertise in global organizational development and human resources. Since October 2018, Thais has been serving as the Global Organizational Development Manager at Novus International, Inc., while also holding the position of HR Senior Specialist. Additionally, since March 2021, Thais has been a Training Facilitator with WELL Training, focusing on delivering various training cohorts for LATAM employees on topics such as leadership, communication, and resilience. Previously, Thais worked as the HR Business Partner for Europe at Picsolve International Ltd from July 2010 to July 2016 and as the Senior Manager of Administration at Global TALKE, S.L. from November 2007 to July 2010.
