Gerson Garcia

Gerson Garcia is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in the textile industry, currently serving in this role at Gildan since March 2020. Previously, Gerson held the position of Engineering Manager at H&H Textiles S.A from March 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities included the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), implementation of Lean manufacturing techniques, and conducting cost analyses. Gerson's earlier experience includes serving as an Engineer Assessor in an autonomous capacity, focusing on quality assurance and continuous improvement. Gerson began a career at Arnase Textil S.A as the Engineering Manager, contributing to project development, cost analysis, and process optimization. Gerson earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua between 2005 and 2010.
