Jim Powers

Jim Powers is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in the textile manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Gildan since April 2020, Jim previously held positions including Manager of Human Resources at ARAUCO - North America, Managing Partner at COBRA Direct Services, Inc., Corporate Director of Human Resources at Frontier Spinning Mills, Inc., and Director of Human Resources at Pioneer Yarns/Unifi, Inc. Jim Powers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University.
