Ariful holds several relevant qualifications, including a training degree in Occupational Safety Health & Environment Management from the Engineering Staff College, Bangladesh, obtained in 2016, and a Diploma in Social Compliance, Legal Research and Advanced Professional Studies from the Bangladesh Institute of Management, completed in 2019. Additional educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and a Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting from Govt. Debendra College, respectively completed in 2010 and 2011, as well as various training programs related to fire safety, human resource management, and labour law.
