Andrew James Viglione

Andrew James Viglione is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial learning and development, as well as healthcare system partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Global Commercial Learning and Development at Gilead Sciences, Andrew leads the global learning strategy while focusing on instructional design, learning effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Prior to Gilead, Andrew held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, including co-leading the Open & Out North America Community and managing healthcare system partnerships. Andrew's background includes significant positions within the Surgical Vision and ETHICON divisions, where skills in sales education, strategic partnerships, and team development were honed. A former NCAA Division I athlete at Xavier University, Andrew earned a BSBA in Marketing, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in both athletics and academics.
