Charles Cao is a seasoned professional in business strategy and operations with extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios and capital planning. Currently serving as Sr. Manager at Gilead Sciences, Charles oversees a global real estate portfolio and enhanced budget forecasting, collaborating with finance and project management teams to optimize capital usage.
