Clare So

Clare So is a Senior Scientist at Gilead Sciences, specializing in Pre-Pivotal Biologics Analytical Development. Clare has extensive experience as a cell and molecular biologist, focusing on immunology, cell biology, and drug discovery, with a history of working in academic and industrial settings across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Previously, they held roles as a CMC Project Manager at Genentech and a Scientist at Artios Pharma Ltd, as well as serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Researcher at the University of Toronto. Clare is currently pursuing a PhD in Immunology from the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering with a minor in Music from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of scientific pursuits, Clare enjoys playing piano, competing in pub trivia, and training for half marathons.
