Dena Sutimantanapi

Dena Sutimantanapi is an experienced Senior Associate Scientist at Gilead Sciences since May 2021, previously holding positions as Associate Scientist and at ORIC Pharmaceuticals Inc. as Senior Research Associate and Research Associate. Additional experience includes a role as Research Associate in Microbiology at Pacira Pharmaceuticals, where Dena conducted endotoxin and microbial testing, and a position at Planet Biotechnology as Research Associate specializing in cell biology and assay development, performing various immunoassays and cell-based assays. Dena's early career includes research assistant roles analyzing transgenic cells and histology samples, as well as undergraduate and graduate research in immunohistochemistry and protein analysis. Dena holds an M.S. in Biology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Biology and Psychology, all from UC San Diego.
