Julie Viola

Julie Viola has extensive experience in executive assistance and human resources management, currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Executive VP of Human Resources at Gilead Sciences since June 2019. Prior to this role, Julie held positions at Catalyst Companies where responsibilities spanned executive assistance, operations management, financial oversight, HR functions, business development, and event management. Julie also served as a Senior-level Executive Assistant and Human Resources Manager at Altimeter Group, and held administrative positions in various organizations including the Township of Nutley and J.A. Imhoff. Julie's educational background includes a BA in History from Moravian University and an HR Certification from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
