Matt Moran

Matt Moran, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as Principal Medical Science Liaison at Gilead Sciences, focusing on COVID-19 since February 2022. Previously, Matt held the position of Senior Medical Science Liaison at Bristol Myers Squibb, specializing in RML-GI from November 2020 to February 2022, and at Sage Therapeutics, where the focus was on neuropsychiatry, specifically post-partum depression and major depressive disease, from February 2019 to November 2020. Matt's career includes experience at Gilead Sciences as Associate Director of Medical Science for Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular, and as Senior Medical Scientist, contributing expertise in ischemic heart disease, pulmonary artery hypertension, cystic fibrosis, and NASH/NAFLD from October 2009 to November 2018. Prior to Gilead, Matt worked at Abbott Laboratories as Senior Clinical Science Manager in the Cardiovascular division from November 2006 to October 2009. Educational qualifications were obtained at The University of Toledo from 2000 to 2006.
