Matt T. Chen

Matt T. Chen is a Senior Human Factors Engineer III at Gilead Sciences, specializing in device packaging and processing since November 2025. Previously, Matt served as a Senior Engineering Project Manager (Consultant) at AstraZeneca, focusing on UX, usability, human factors, and regulatory submissions from November 2023 to November 2025. As Head of Product Engineering and Design at Trove Health, Matt contributed to a digital health startup that successfully raised $2.3 million prior to a merger.
