Paul Foley

Paul Foley is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in product and portfolio strategy, quality management, and technology development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Product and Portfolio Strategy at Gilead Sciences since February 2023, Paul previously held several key leadership roles at Genentech, including Vice President, Quality Site Head, where oversight of a $30M budget and a team of 250 employees supported over $10B in business revenue. Paul's career at Roche spanned over 24 years, with contributions as Global Head of IMP Quality Systems and various senior management positions focused on manufacturing, strategy, and quality operations. Paul's academic foundation includes a BE in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin.
