Terri Matson

Terri Matson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Gilead Sciences since March 2019, Terri previously held multiple senior HR roles at Nestlé from 2010 to 2018, including oversight of HR functions for Nestlé's ice cream business and retail operations. Prior to that, Terri worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Management at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Heller Ehrman. Additional experience includes leadership as Director of Human Resources at Verio, where responsibilities encompassed multiple states. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from San José State University.
