Program Management

The Program Management team at the Gill Foundation is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of grantmaking initiatives that support LGBTQ+ equality. This team collaborates with community organizations, develops funding strategies, and ensures effective resource allocation to maximize the impact of the foundation's programs. They work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainable change and advance key advocacy efforts.
