Melissa Moore

Melissa Moore has extensive experience in human resources management, holding various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Gillette Children's, Melissa served as Supervisor of HR Operations and Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing HR functions from November 2020 to March 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa was HR Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC from August 2019 to November 2020. From January 2014 to July 2019, Melissa functioned as Director of Human Resources at Shodair, directing comprehensive HR operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked as an HR Generalist at St. Peter's Hospital from November 2008 to December 2013, managing medical leaves, worker’s compensation claims, and policy development. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carroll College.
