With extensive experience in various support and customer service roles, previous positions include Office Support Specialist I at the Massachusetts Parole Board, Records Clerk at the MA Department of Corrections, and Residential Counselor at Alternatives Unlimited, Inc. Additionally, bartending at Gillette Stadium since May 2010 highlights versatility in professional skills. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Rhode Island College, completed in 2015.
