Shawn Degnan

Shawn Degnan has extensive experience in both hospitality and government roles. As a bartender at Gillette Stadium since April 2023 and The Rosendale Group since February 2022, Shawn has honed skills in customer service and beverage management. Previous experience includes serving as a club waiter at Comedy Connection from August 2014 to March 2021 and a food server at Twin River Casino from April 2004 to February 2012. In a governmental capacity, Shawn served as the Senior Employment and Training Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist for the State of Rhode Island from November 2014 to November 2022, where responsibilities included auditing and analyzing unemployment cases, training employees, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Prior experience as an Employment and Training Interviewer also involved similar responsibilities in monitoring and evaluating unemployment claims.
