Alan Xia

Alan Xia is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electro-mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and product development. Currently a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer at GILLIG, Alan has expertly contributed to various organizations including Tesla, where significant improvements in production efficiency were achieved, and Ford Motor Company, where contributions to autonomous vehicle systems and power management were made. With dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Kettering University, alongside additional training in design thinking from Stanford University, Alan has a proven track record in driving innovation and enhancing manufacturing processes. Alan is also actively involved as a University Innovation Fellow, fostering creativity and entrepreneurship within academic settings.
