Mercedez Tarrant

Mercedez Tarrant currently serves as a Technical Service Advisor at GILLIG since May 2024. Prior to this role, Mercedez Tarrant held various positions at Tesla from January 2021 to May 2024, including Technical Trainer and Technical Training Lead for both Vehicle Products and Equipment Maintenance. Mercedez Tarrant's extensive experience in the field also includes a tenure at AC Transit from May 2012 to January 2021 as a Journeyman Coach Mechanic and a member of the Joint Apprenticeship Committee, as well as a position as a Heavy Duty Coach Mechanic at MV Transportation in 2011-2012. Mercedez Tarrant holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from the University of California, Davis, and also attended Wyotech-West Sacramento from 2006 to 2007.
