Tracy Taylor-Bormann

Tracy Taylor-Bormann has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on management and analysis. Tracy is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Gilman Cheese since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2020 to October 2020. Tracy also held positions at Cray Inc., where they served as the Director of Human Resources from November 2017 to December 2019, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from January 2008 to October 2017. Tracy started their career at Stora Enso North America, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from March 2000 to January 2008 and as a Compensation Analyst from March 2000 to August 2003.

Tracy Taylor-Bormann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology from Iowa State University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Training and Human Resources Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, expected to be completed in 2021.
