Dr. Stephanie Dennis serves as the Director of Academics and Learning Support at Gilman School since July 2016, bringing extensive experience in educational leadership and academic coaching. As the Executive Functioning Skills Coach and Academic Coach at Stephanie Dennis and Associates, LLC since July 2015, Dr. Dennis has focused on developing students' organizational and academic skills. Previously, Dr. Dennis held roles such as Adjunct Professor at Towson University, Assistant Principal at both The Maryland School for the Blind and Baltimore City Public Schools, and Director for the Middle Grades Partnership. Dr. Dennis's career began as an Assistant Principal and IEP Chair in Baltimore City Public Schools, emphasizing instructional leadership and teacher development. Dr. Dennis holds a Master's degree in Education from Coppin State University, a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Health, Science, and Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
