Will Marbury

William Marbury is an experienced educator specializing in mathematics, currently serving as an Upper School Mathematics Teacher at Gilman School since August 2022. Prior to this role, William spent a decade at Friends School of Baltimore, teaching high school math and coordinating the baseball program. Additionally, William's teaching career includes positions at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School-Baltimore, where efforts focused on providing a college preparatory education in a work-study environment for low-income students, and at Sandy Spring Friends School. William's international experience includes serving as a School and Community Resource Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in South Africa. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education from Towson University and an undergraduate degree in Spanish Literature and Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
