Craig Freakley

Craig Freakley is a seasoned electronics engineer currently working as a Senior Electronics Engineer specializing in satellites at Gilmour Space Technologies since August 2022, where responsibilities include designing and building advanced electronics for satellite applications. Prior to this role, Craig spent over thirteen years at The University of Queensland as a Senior Research and Development Engineer, focusing on custom electronic system design and testing, while also serving as a tutor for first-year engineering students. Craig's early career included a position as a CAD Drafter at EMF Griffiths, where skills in AutoCAD drafting for HVAC systems were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Aerospace, both from The University of Queensland.
