Eleazar Gonzalez Casas

Eleazar González Casas is a highly experienced aerospace engineer with a specialization in propulsion. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Gilmour Space Technologies since May 2021, Eleazar has previously contributed as an H2020 Independent Expert Evaluator for the European Commission and held multiple positions at PLD Space, including CTO, Head of Propulsion, and Rocket Propulsion Engineer. Eleazar's career also includes roles at LEEM as a coordinator for sounding rocket teams and experimentation projects, participation in parabolic flight campaigns with the European Space Agency, and research assistance at the Polytechnical University of Madrid in applied mathematics and thermodynamics laboratories. Eleazar holds an Aerospace Engineering degree in Propulsion from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a postgraduate course in Project Management from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
