Kodie Hultgren

Kodie Hultgren is an experienced executive assistant with a diverse background in providing high-level administrative support across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Gilmour Space Technologies since August 2022, Kodie has previously held key roles such as Office Experience & Onboarding Coordinator at Zepto and Executive Assistant to the UK Defence Adviser at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Notable achievements include successfully managing corporate events, improving onboarding processes, and leading significant initiatives like the Carrier Strike Group 21. Kodie’s career also encompasses executive support roles at Specsavers, Tabcorp, BMW Group Australia, NOVA Entertainment, Hanes Brands Australasia, and the Australian Radio Network. Kodie holds a Diploma of Tourism from William Angliss Institute and a Victorian Certificate of Education from Billanook College.
