Diana Derbas, SPHR, currently serves as the Project Management Director at Gilsbar since January 2024. Previously, Diana held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Crescent Bank from March 2016 to December 2023, where oversight included Human Resources and Talent Development functions, along with facilities management and serving as Security Officer. Diana's experience at Crescent Bank also included roles as Compensation and Recruiting Manager, Vice President, and Consultant, with significant contributions to modernizing the recruiting process and leading an HRIS implementation. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Allant Group and Director at GC Services. Diana started the professional journey as a Marketing Manager at The Signature Group after earning a BS in Communications from Bradley University.
