Daniel Perlman

Daniel Perlman is an accomplished legal professional with over twenty-five years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, and business. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. since January 2023 and as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University since August 2023, Daniel provides extensive legal guidance encompassing asset-based lending, acquisitions, dispositions, and bankruptcy analysis. As the Founder and CEO of Reti360 from January 2020 to June 2023, Daniel developed a platform that streamlines the residential real estate closing process. Previously, Daniel held key roles as Founding Partner at Perlman Law and Foley Perlman & Campbell, Multi-Unit Franchise Owner at European Wax Center, and Associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and Reed Smith LLP. Daniel's foundational experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
