Lesley Naylor

Lesley Naylor is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational human resources leadership. Currently serving as Group HR Director at Gilson Gray LLP since September 2017, Lesley is responsible for delivering a full spectrum of HR services to support the firm's growth through enhanced recruitment and acquisitions. Prior roles include HR & Development Manager at The Glenmorangie Company, where Lesley contributed to global and local HR initiatives within the LVMH Group, and Director at naylor HR consulting, providing consultancy and interim support to various organizations.
