Lisa Bent

Lisa Bent is a qualified Counsellor and HR Professional with extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as Group HR Director at SEEN Connects since January 2023, Lisa has also worked as a Mentor at Bloom UK and as a Change Agent with Self-Central Agency since June 2020, where the Change Agent Framework was developed to integrate counseling and HR expertise. Previous roles include Senior People Manager at Landor & Fitch, HR Business Partner at Omnicom Media Group, and HR Advisor at Science (UK) Ltd., among others. Lisa has also contributed to Colourful Radio as a producer and presenter of the show "Self-Central" and has educational qualifications including a BA Hons in Counselling and CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources.
