Alissa Lawton-Teig

Alissa Lawton-Teig, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2012, they worked at QBE Insurance where they held roles such as Talent & Acquisition Coordinator and HR Representative. In these positions, they supported talent acquisition efforts, managed employee concerns, and collaborated with various teams to ensure proper onboarding processes. In 2014, they joined Gilson as a Human Resources Generalist and later progressed to become the Human Resources Manager. Currently, they serve as the HR Director and Vice President of Human Resources at Gilson.

Alissa Lawton-Teig obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Edgewood College. In December 2017, they received the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
