Caspar Roelofs has a diverse work experience, starting with being a Founder at Gimly, an idTech company focused on self-sovereign identity and secure data exchange. Caspar adopts a systems-thinking approach towards innovation and business development. Prior to this role, Caspar was a Blockchain Concept and Business Developer at Xurux. In 2007, they obtained a BSc degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, graduating Cum Laude. Caspar then pursued further studies and obtained an MSc degree in Biomedical Sciences: Infectious Diseases and Health System Innovation from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2011, again graduating Cum Laude.

In 2014, Caspar enrolled in the Netherlands Graduate School of Science, Technology, and Modern Culture (WTMC), where they focused on studying Science, Technology, and Society. Caspar completed their studies at WTMC in 2018.

During the same year, Caspar embarked on a new field of study by attending the ConsenSys Academy to gain knowledge in Blockchain foundations and use cases. Later in 2018, they further expanded their expertise in this area by completing the IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer course offered by Cognitive Class. This course specifically focused on applying Blockchain technology to the field of business. In January 2019, Caspar obtained the IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer certification from IBM.

Based on this information, it is clear that Caspar Roelofs has a dedicated interest in the intersection of science, technology, and modern culture, with a notable focus on the application of Blockchain technology.
