Leslie Hill

Leslie Hill is the current Director of Development at Ginger Cove. Leslie has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, holding various executive positions.

Leslie started their career in 1990 as the Executive Director of the American Cancer Society. Leslie then moved on to Family Service Foundation where they served as the Public Relations Director. In this role, they developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing communications program for a statewide social service agency.

In 2001, Leslie became the Executive Director of Foundation For America's Blood Centers. Leslie was responsible for day-to-day operations of a national blood banking trade association foundation, including management of office staff, consultants and board of directors. During their time at Foundation For America's Blood Centers, Leslie developed and implemented fundraising programs to support national education programs and member initiatives.

Most recently, Leslie was a Consultant at Ginger Cove Foundation from January 2007 to December 2008. In their current role as Director of Development at Ginger Cove, Leslie is responsible for leading all aspects of fundraising for the organization.

Leslie Hill obtained a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Penn State University. Leslie later attended the 2013 Institute for Healthcare Philanthropy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

They work with Phyllis Boulden - Administrator, Vacant - CFO, and Nancy Chalkley - Director of Resident Services. Leslie Hill reports to Marty Sadler, Executive Assistant.
