Luis Guerra Jr.'s work experience is as follows:

- Senior Manager, Product & Technical Support at Ginger Labs since July 2022. Luis leads the Product & Technical Support, Customer Success, and Community Management teams for Notability, a productivity software developed by Ginger Labs.

- Director of Customer Support at Spin from November 2018 to August 2022. Luis was one of the first 15 hires at Spin and built the Customer Support team from scratch. Luis scaled the CX team to more than 70 members globally, handling support through email, phone, and chat. Luis played a key role in making Spin one of the first companies to launch e-scooter services.

- Senior Manager, Customer Support at Spin from September 2017 to November 2018. Spin is a provider of electric scooters and bikes in cities and campuses nationwide, with a mission to create 15-minute cities. Luis worked closely with transportation planners, mobility officers, community groups, and university administrators to responsibly introduce dockless mobility options.

- Retail Strategy, Customer Experience Operations at Tuft & Needle from December 2015 to September 2017. As one of the early hires on the Retail Operations team, Luis built and strategized operational processes and procedures, including NPS implementation, retail service flow, virtual customer support, and post-retail experiences.

- Service Manager and Personal Banker at Wells Fargo from November 2013 to December 2015.

Luis Guerra Jr. attended Pinole Valley High School from 2007 to 2011. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Berkeley City College, where they pursued a degree in Communication and Media Studies. Luis successfully completed their Associate of Arts - AA degree in 2016 at Berkeley City College.
