Finbar O'Hanlon has a diverse work history in various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Show Host for "Welcome to Finland," a punk rock show in Melbourne, Australia. Finbar was a Founder/Inventor at Rezonyx from 2015 to 2018, specializing in enhancing audio for film, television, and advertisements. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Project Peace on Earth. In 2016, O'Hanlon worked as a Freelance Innovation Consultant for The Innovation Collective, aiding businesses in expanding their perspectives and uncovering new opportunities. Finbar was also a Transformation Facilitator at Design Farm Collective from 2017 to 2018, focusing on turning data and insights into competitive advantages for organizations. Additionally, O'Hanlon served as a Member of the Board for the Les Paul Foundation from 2018 to 2021. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Information Officer at EMAGINEER, an app combining AI and LEGO to cultivate emotional intelligence in children. Currently, O'Hanlon holds positions at GInI - Global Innovation Institute as the APAC Chapter President and at Capability.Co as a Subject Matter Expert in Creativity for Australian Human Capability Standards. Finbar is also a co-founder of APAC Innovation Institute.
Finbar O'Hanlon obtained a Certified Capability Specialist - Creativity certification from Capability.Co in September 2022. From 2021 to 2024, Finbar studied at GInI - Global Innovation Institute, earning a Certified Innovation Professional degree in Applied Business Innovation Trainer ATP and a Certified Chief Innovation Officer degree in Applied Innovation.
