Ján Koloda is an accomplished academic and engineer with extensive experience in computer vision and machine learning. Currently, Ján serves as a Lecturer in Computer Vision at Robot_dreams and holds the position of Senior Computer Vision & Machine Learning Engineer at Gini GmbH. Previously, Ján was an ADAS AI & Machine Learning Expert at AVL Software and Functions GmbH, where responsibilities included leading the development of a dynamic ground truth reference system and designing deep learning pipelines for autonomous driving applications. Ján's work at Veridas as a Face Biometrics & Image Processing Scientist led to the creation of highly accurate image anti-spoofing methods for Spain's first biometric payment system. Ján's academic background includes a PhD in Multimedia Systems from Universidad de Granada, supported by prior research and development positions across various organizations.
