Ibrahima Diallo began their career in 2005 as a Security Officer for the Michigan State Police. In 2009, they became a Research Assistant at Michigan State University. In 2012, they became a Fuel Cell Analyst and Working Student at Technische Universität München. In 2013, they became a Senior Analyst at Experteer. In 2014, they became an Operations Manager at MIST Harlem - My Image Studios LLC. In 2015, they became a Co Founder & COO at Ginjan Bros, LLC. In 2020, they became the Founder / CEO of Jawudi, Inc., connecting the resources of the global African diaspora by helping people move value into, out of and within Africa.

Ibrahima Diallo obtained their Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Michigan State University in 2010. Ibrahima then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Materials Engineering from the Technical University of Munich in 2012, and a Master's Degree in Materials Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2014. Ibrahima also obtained a Master's Degree in Materials Science from the University of Montpellier in 2014.
