Mitch Wolfe

Mitch Wolfe is an experienced public health expert currently serving as the Vice President of Global Engagement and Governance at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. since March 2024. Wolfe has held the position of Global Health Consultant at Wolfe Global since June 2022 and previously served as Chief Global Strategist at PDTI LIMITED until March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Medical Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from November 2017 to June 2022, and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Global Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from August 2014 to November 2017.
