Sean Leblanc

Sean LeBlanc has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing within the biotechnology sector. Currently, Sean serves as the Vice President of Foundry Operations at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc., a position held since January 2017, following roles such as Senior Director of Foundry Operations and Head of DNA Synthesis. Prior to this, Sean was the Senior Director of Operations at Gen9, Inc., and held various positions at OPKO Diagnostics, LLC, RainDance Technologies, IQuum Inc, BioProcessors, and Coretek. Sean's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and further study at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
