Stefan Hain is a dynamic entrepreneur and product manager with extensive experience in the renewable energy and watersports sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Salty Lemon since August 2020, Stefan introduced an innovative subscription-based model for kitesurfing equipment, enhancing accessibility in the industry. Currently, as Product Manager at SMA Solar, responsibility encompasses the full product lifecycle of utility-scale battery inverters in energy storage systems. Previous roles include Management Consultant at Ginkgo Management Consulting, where leadership of complex digital transformation initiatives in the automotive sector was undertaken, and Strategy Advisor at Vattenfall, contributing to the development of offshore wind projects. With a strong educational background in energy and environmental management, Stefan also holds experience in project management and consulting within various aspects of renewable energy systems.
