Tim Schnelle

Tim Schnelle has a strong background in strategy, transformation, and organization. Tim started their career at DDB Berlin as an intern in the International Strategy Group. From there, they gained experience in sales and marketing excellence as a trainee at BASF. Tim then worked as a consultant in strategy and operations at PwC and later at Deloitte, focusing on organization and transformation. In 2016, they joined CAMELOT Management Consultants as a Senior Consultant in transformation and organization. Most recently, Tim has been working at Eraneos - powered by Ginkgo as a Senior Manager, where they are responsible for strategy and IT transformation, as well as CTO/CIO advisory.

Tim Schnelle has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing/Marketing-Management from SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, and a Master of Science in International Management from Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE). Additionally, they hold certifications as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, a Scrum Master from Scrum.org, and has completed a course on leading virtual teams from the University of Cambridge.
