Amanda Little

Amanda Little currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Ginkgo Residential, a position held since March 2023, and previously held the role of Learning and Development Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Association Director and Senior Program Director at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte from February 2019 to March 2023, and as an EPIC Credentialed Trainer at Novant Health specializing in Clinical Pathology. Amanda began the career at the Cleveland County Family YMCA, where responsibilities included policy facilitation, supervision of staff, and collaboration with local organizations. Additional experience includes a role as Program Director at Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA, focusing on community engagement and program development. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, earned between 2020 and 2022.
