Eric Stamp

Eric Stamp is the current Financial Reporting Manager at Ginkgo Residential. Prior to joining Ginkgo Residential, Eric worked as a Senior Audit Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2016 to December 2018. Eric began their career as a Tax Intern at TIAA-CREF from May 2014 to December 2014.

Eric Stamp has a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Eric is also certified by the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Eric Stamp reports to Jenny Higbee, Director of Accounting. They are on a team with Stephanie Morrison - Accounting Manager, Nathan Zima - Financial Analyst, and Construction Controller-Future Add - Construction Controller.
