Jody Maxwell has extensive work experience in human resources and employee engagement. From 2013 to 2018, Jody worked at Mortgage Trust, Inc. NMLS 3250, starting as a Human Resources Manager and eventually transitioning to the role of Chief Culture Officer. In this position, Jody focused on building relationships with employees and external customers, resulting in a highly engaged and satisfied workforce. In 2018, Jody joined Ginn Group as the Director of Human Capital, where they lead recruitment, employee engagement, and retention efforts. Jody also oversees crucial HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employment law. Additionally, Jody coaches employees at all levels, emphasizing their strengths to promote professional success.
Jody Maxwell received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, attending from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Jody has obtained certifications in "Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers" and "How to Manage Feeling Overwhelmed" from LinkedIn, in January 2021 and September 2020 respectively.
