Khari Grant

Khari Grant has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Khari worked at Ginnie Mae as a Branch Chief for Asset Management, overseeing the management of billions in loan assets and awarded contracts. Khari also served as a Senior Mortgage Banking Analyst, developing requirements and securing funding for large contracts. As a Mortgage Banking Analyst, they provided guidance on collateral risk management and collaborated with government departments. Before that, they worked at Freddie Mac as a Credit Risk Manager, managing a billion-dollar portfolio. At Wells Fargo Bank, they were a Client Service Manager, responsible for collateral risk management. Khari also worked as a Private Banker at SunTrust and a Client Manager at Bank of America, providing financial planning and investment solutions to clients. Lastly, they served as a Trade Desk Team Leader at Wachovia Securities, managing a team of analysts and handling equity trading disputes. Previous to all this, they gained experience as a Financial Advisor at H&R Block Financial Advisors.

Khari Grant attended the University of Virginia from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In 2011, Khari also obtained a certification as a Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR/GTR) III from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
